On Wheels by Orgen is committed to keep the community and staff members safe while the pandemic continues. We take the health of customers, team, and the general community as a priority, maintaining our service to you and your bicycle is always being as important as ever.

We are constantly monitoring advise from the Australian government and state authorities to minimise the spread of the virus while keeping you on wheels.

On Wheels mobile workshop is still operating under the current restrictions, our protocol requires:

  • If you or anyone in your house are feeling unwell avoid booking a service until you get the COVID test with negative results
  • Bike disinfection before and after getting the job done (Our technicians may spray and wipe with disinfectant your bike)
  • Practice of social distancing with our staff members
  • A face cover is mandatory while being close to our team or mobile workshop
  • Our staff members may also wear face mask during their duty
  • You may be asked to provide a contact number, name, email, and address

There are currently delays in processing and dispatch of orders. We will notify you as soon as your part/component is on its way. We apologise for any inconvenience.
